Natural Hazelnut Kernels
ORIGIN: Ordu (Levant, Giresun, Trabzon, Akcakoca)
PROCESS: Raw Hazelnuts is produced by seperating the hazels from their shells , as which inshell hazelnuts are included in Corylusavellana L.and Corylus maxima mill types.
USAGE: After calibration, raw hazelnuts are ready for the domestic and international markets. Also according to customer requests they are processed as roasted, chopped , sliced , meal or paste .
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user, also used as the rwa material for processed and fully processed hazelnuts.
CALIBRATION: According to customer specifications
( 9-11 mm, 10-11 mm, 10-12 mm, 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm, 14-16 mm)
PACKING: In vacuum bags, jute bags with or without polieten inside, vacuum bags in cartons, all can be shipped by pallets and streched witih folio. (according to customer requests
Roasted Hazelnut Kernels
ORIGIN: Ordu (Levant), Giresun, Trabzon, Akçakoca.
PROCESS: Roasted hazelnuts are produced by roasting hazelnut kernels and removed partially or totally from the skin.
USAGE: Roasted hazelnut kernels are ready for the domestic or intermational markets after selection. Also according to customer requests , roasted kernels are processed as chooped, sliced , meal or paste and supplyied to market.
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL: According to customer specifications (Low, Medium, High roasted).
CALIBRATION: According to customer specifications it is prepared in following sizes (11-13 mm, 13-15 mm)

Blanched Hazelnut Kernels
ORIGIN: Giresun, Ordu (Levant)
PROCESS : Blanched hazelnuts are produced by blanching the kernels through removing their skins and seperating them from the partially blanched kernel.
USAGE TYPE: Blanched hazelnut kernels are ready for the domestic or intermational markets after selection. Also according to customer requests, slightly roasted kernels kare processed as chooped, sliced , meal or paste and supplyied to market.

Sliced Hazelnuts Kernels
ORIGIN: Ordu (Levant), Giresun, Trabzon, Akçakoca.
PROCESS: Sliced hazelnuts are produced by slicing natural, blanched or roasted kernels into leaves with an appropriate tecnique.
USAGE: It is supplied by slicing the kernels according to customer specifications.
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL: Slightly roasted
CALIBRATION: From 0,7 mm to 3 mm (acc.to customer specs.)
PACKING: In cartons polieten inside.
Chopped Hazelnut Kernels

PROCESS: Chopped hazelnuts are produced by cutting the raw or roasted hazelnut kernels with appropriate technique.
USAGE: Chopped in different milimeter sizes according to customer requests
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL: Slightly roasted , roasted (dark, medium, low roasted)
CALIBRATION: 1-3 mm, 2-4 mm, 3-5 mm, 4-6 mm, 5-8 mm (calibrated according .to customer specs.)

Hazelnut Flour
3 types of hazelnut meal is produced in our process: natural, blanched and roasted meal.
ORIGIN: Giresun-Ordu (Levant)-Trabzon, Akçakoca
PROCESS : Hazelnut meal is produced by grinding the raw, slightly roasted and roasted hazelnut kernels with an appropriate technique.
USAGE: It is supplied after slightly and roasted kernels are selected and grind by technique.
USAGE AREA : It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL: For blanched meal , hazelnut kernels are slightly roasted and for roasted meal; dark, medium and light roasted kernels are used.

Hazelnut Paste
ORIGIN: Ordu(Levant)–Giresun, Trabzon, Akçakoca
PROCESS: Hazelnut paste is made by mashing the roasted hazelnut kernels (low, medium or high roasting levels) with an appropriate tecnique.
USAGE: After selection ,hazelnut kernels that are roasted according to customer requests ,mashed by in a homegenous form.
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry .
ROASTING LEVEL: Dark , medium or low roasted
CALIBRATION:40 micron (changes acc. to cutomer specs)
PACKING: In plastic drums , in steel food drums or filled directly to paste tankers.
